Perform contextual research and build personas
Create detailed competitive analysis
Oversee and contribute to user flow and wireframe creation
Coordinate and assist in facilitation of user testing
Provide final approval of UX requirements

Created a model that enables cross-sell (multiple product) quoting and purchase
Addressed UX pain points such as: non-linear vs. linear flow, display of discount opportunities, shopping cart experience, dynamic pricing, interview navigation, error messaging, save & retrieve and integration with customer account
